Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns or exchanges are not eligible.
Eligible returns must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided
- A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been issued

We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Item is not in original condition
- Item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Return is requested outside the 30-day window
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact [email protected] to troubleshoot and obtain an RMA.
Shipping (Returns)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer
- These charges are typically collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes:
- Return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from the refund
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may also be applied
